The rules of the road for using ClawAnalytics.

By creating an account or using ClawAnalytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our service.
ClawAnalytics is an AI-powered analytics assistant that lets you query your Google Analytics data through natural language conversations via web dashboard, Discord, and Slack.
We provide the service "as is." While we strive for accuracy in the analytics data we retrieve, we can't guarantee that every query will return perfect results. Analytics data comes directly from Google, and we simply provide an interface to access it more conveniently.
When you sign up, you agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use ClawAnalytics.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file. All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any pricing change will be communicated to you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rates.

ClawAnalytics connects to your Google Analytics account via OAuth. When you authorize this connection:
You're also responsible for complying with Google's Terms of Service when using their analytics data through ClawAnalytics.
ClawAnalytics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
ClawAnalytics, including our logo, design, code, and all proprietary technology, is owned by Elanra Studios LLC. All rights reserved.
You own your Google Analytics data. We simply provide access to it through our service.
By using ClawAnalytics, you grant us permission to process your queries and access your analytics data to provide the service. This permission ends when you delete your account.

CLAWANALYTICS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.
The analytics data displayed through ClawAnalytics comes from Google Analytics. We don't verify or validate this data — it's provided directly from Google. Any decisions you make based on this data should be verified through Google Analytics directly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elanra Studios LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
Delete your account from your account settings, or simply stop using the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use ClawAnalytics immediately ceases. Certain provisions (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Elanra Studios LLC regarding your use of ClawAnalytics, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
